Douglas Welch combines a Masters Degree in Design for the Theatre with 30 years of lighting experience including management of both theatre consulting and specialty lighting design practices. Doug specializes in lighting design for live entertainment, museums, world fairs, theme parks, special events, hospitality, and retail applications. Doug has designed and/or managed stage productions and lighting projects across Canada, the United States and Europe and has worked on Broadway. Dij comes to LIGHTWORKS with 15 years of experience managing inventory, coordinating sales orders and scheduling shipments working for companies such as Canfisco and BC Packers. She is committed to helping LIGHTWORKS offer responsive and friendly customer service and timely order fulfillment. Dij enjoys family leisure time and sings alto in a local Broadway choir.

Trudy has been working in the lighting industry since 1999 doing specification writing, contract administration and accounting. Trudy also did a stint managing a safety supply company branch location where she was responsible for retail and commercial sales, warehousing and staff management. When not keeping the LIGHTWORKS crew in line, Trudy can be found on the softball field trying to escape injury, rollerblading around our beautiful city of Vancouver or 4 x 4ing in “Jake” (her Jeep).
